We construct with the aim of transitioning humans out of cement jungles into semi-natural jungles with 50 percent dedicated to eco-construction and the remaining 50 percent to urban agroforestry which entails an Income-Gardens, where high-end raw produce as Palms, Spice and Grains are cultivated.
The core of our sustainable development model are our MIS and SIS systems.
This intelligent system continuously monitors atmospheric humidity and automatically adjusts water dispersion to maintain ideal moisture levels, it’s ultra-fine droplets remain suspended in the air, naturally cooling the environment and enriching the surrounding vegetation.
Our Mist-Irrigation technology creates a micro-climate, mimicking the gentle humidity of nature, helping to improve plant propagation, stabilizes temperature fluctuations, and enhances comfort for residents but without high energy consumption.
It also functions as an automatic device that gives out aromatic smoke at specific hours of the day to keep the air fresh and humane. Getting its water source from purified rain reserved water at our eco-communities and purified water from Nearby River Streams.
Most importantly, the system significantly reduces water usage. In high-humidity conditions, Palmvine’s automation reduces output to prevent waste. In low-humidity conditions, it increases mist release to maintain balance, ensuring consistent comfort and optimal growing conditions.

eco-architecture functioning as a single living entity is our network of Smart Energy Harvesters, which monitor, regulate, and optimize light, security, and information.
Our SIS powers your home, and with a control box equipped with motion-activate infrared sensors and cameras, (lights and take aria-photograph only when movement is detected) provides security while excess harvest is sends to communal grid for sales.
