Motion-Activated Lights

Installed along pathways, driveways, entrances, and communal spaces. Activate automatically when motion is detected (5–10m range) with configurable duration (15–60 seconds). Solar-powered or low-voltage LED units.

Reflective Panels & Surfaces

High-grade retroreflective materials (micro-prismatic coatings) embedded in road edges, walkway tiles, walls, and vegetation borders. Amplify and redirect light without extra fixtures.

Control & Monitoring System

Smart controllers link groups of lights, optimizing activation patterns. Adjust brightness based on time of night, human traffic, or ambient moonlight. Optional renewable energy grid integration.

Energy & Cost Efficiency

Dual-level reduction: fewer sensor fixtures required + extended light coverage. Up to 60–80% reduction in nighttime electricity consumption. LED lights rated at <10W per unit.
